Wage: $70,304 annually

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the management of food services, which includes the cafeteria and special center functions in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative and food service activities of the department.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting food services.
• Plan the menu.
• Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
• Conduct inspections of food service areas.
• Ensure quality of production and food purchase requirements; maintain cost control to stay within budget limitations; assist in inventory control.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor''s degree and one-year related experience or associate's degree and two years related experience required.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid food handler''s permit required in the state of work or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
