Manager for Nail Salon

Rose Couture Nail Bar is seeking a dynamic and committed Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As a Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and salon performance.

Duties

• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Conduct interviews for new hires, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with our salon's values.
• Provide comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training development to enhance staff skills.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or suggestions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in payroll management and employee records.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• A passion for beauty trends and an understanding of market dynamics within the salon industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
