Strategic Advisory & Financial Planning:
Act as a trusted financial partner to assigned department leaders, guiding their budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
Ensure operational execution aligns with approved financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic priorities.
Performance Management & Reporting:
Prepare and lead monthly financial review meetings with department heads and executive finance leadership.
Deliver clear visibility into actual results, forward-looking analyses, margin trends, investment needs, and competitive benchmarks.
Analyze historical performance to identify core business drivers, underlying trends, and operational efficiencies.
Data Visualization & Strategic Communication:
Develop compelling, high-impact financial models and visual reports for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
Translate complex data into intuitive, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad-Hoc Projects:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Accounting, Tax, HR, Pricing, Commercial, Operations, and Parent Company stakeholders.
Lead financial analysis and support for special projects, strategic business initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior business leaders.
Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint slide design.
Systems Experience: Proficiency with modern FP&A tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Vena, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.
Strategic Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence executive decision-making.
Analytical & Insight-Driven: Proven ability to synthesize granular financial data into strategic insights that drive sound business decisions.
Proactive & Organized: A highly organized self-starter who thrives independently, manages multiple priorities, and excels under tight deadlines.
Growth Mindset: Strong commitment to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
