Role Summary:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
The <\/span>Manager of Financial Planning and
Analysis<\/span><\/b> <\/b><\/span>will
lead our FP&A function and be responsible for all strategic and financial
planning, business modeling, long -range forecasting, budgeting, and management
reporting. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader who conveys the
energy and credibility to accomplish our goals and has the capability to managed
distributed teams in a rapidly growing international manufacturing and
distribution company.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build, lead, and set the
direction & framework for the FP&A function in establishing the 5 year/
10 year financial model and the business strategy for the company in
collaboration with the CEO/ CFO<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize the scope and
measurement of KPIs to track business performance, growth initiatives, profitability
metrics, and operations/ investments standards.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the monthly,
quarterly, and annual FP&A processes including variance analysis,
management<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for budget
analysis, forecasts, and operational expenses company -wide<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Draft the storyboard and
financial metrics behind Company’s performance results and growth projections<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner closely with the
accounting team to support month -end close, flux review processes, and
financial reporting.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with the senior
management team and other company leaders in analyzing and assessing critical
business decisions such as mergers and acquisitions, implementation of new
business models, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish a
comprehensive reporting function to serve both internal and external
constituencies<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead and coordinate
M&A activities and valuation assessments<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish Financial
Metrics for the company to drive towards “best -in -class” performance<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with IT,
Operations and Accounting teams to implement processes, frameworks and systems
that allow us to capture timely and accurate financial data to improve our
reporting and decision -making<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>All other ad hoc duties
as required<\/span>
<\/p>
Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>8+ years of progressive
financial analysis in a complex or high growth environment; 4+ years of project
management leading cross functional teams<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Industry experience in
manufacturing and distribution with international presence operating in
multi -currency environment<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to build
partnerships at all levels of leadership and present to C -Level executives<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong Business Acumen
and problem -solving skills with the ability to communicate and present complex
business models and forecasts in a concise and simplistic format<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adaptable to succeed in
a fast -paced and ever -changing environment<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advanced excel user with
the ability to manage/format large files, produce ad hoc reports, troubleshoot
errors and perform data analysis<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track record of ensuring
data Integrity and accuracy and using that information for continuous
improvement in financial planning & processes<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in Investment
banking, M&A and/or working with/for a PE firm<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Finance/Accounting required;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Masters/MBA/Professional
certifications preferred<\/span>
