We are known for our oven-baked subs, sandwich platters, and catering, and we are looking for a strong leader who can help deliver an outstanding guest experience while supporting a growing team.
Our signature Stacks are oven-baked subs, and our Cordials are sandwich platters made for groups, office lunches, and events. This role includes supporting daily operations, team leadership, food quality, customer service, and catering execution.
As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support team development, and help ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and excited to grow with a company that has plans for future locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
Lead, train, and motivate team members
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Support the preparation and presentation of our oven-baked subs, sandwich platters, and catering orders
Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and store organization
Handle opening and closing responsibilities as needed
Help support catering execution and local sales growth
Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Previous restaurant, food service, or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to lead by example and jump in where needed
Hospitality mindset with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
