Manager, Fund Treasury

Develops and implements operational plans to achieve the fund treasury departments' short and long range strategies, and serves clients through leading others and overseeing a segment of the department.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily treasury operations, manage a portfolio of impactful initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Oversees operations of fund treasury cash management services. Develops and implements operational plans to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. Assists in the planning, development and execution of departmental short and long term strategies and goals.
• Participates in the development of the of the departmental business plan and budget. Maintains fiscal responsibility by managing expenses and operating within budgetary guidelines.
• Manages the portfolio of projects and systems owned by the fund treasury team and accepts overall responsibility for the team's progress and measure success in meeting objectives. Assigns resources and ensures timely and accurate execution. Ensures operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promotes relationship management and fosters effective communication. Manages responses to requests for information related to internal and external business partners.
• Guides team by leveraging expertise and sharing knowledge for continuous improvement and enhancement.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' related work experience, with at least two years of Treasury or Cash Management experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
• CPA, CTP, or other financial designation preferred.
• Fund Operations exp. helpful .
