Job Description Manager - Global Financial Controls Center of Excellence

The GFC Manager role delivers significant value by assessing key risks and controls supporting Fidelitys financial controls environment through integrated audits. This is a high-visibility role with frequent interactions with senior leaders, including Business Unit Controllers, SVPs, VPs, Function Heads, process control owners, and other risk groups. The role provides fantastic opportunities to learn about Fidelitys various business units and will report to a Director or Senior Manager within GFC.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Play a pivotal role in GFCs assurance and advisory integrated reviews through your keen understanding of financially significant processes and controls. Lead engaging walkthroughs, thoroughly evaluate the control environment, and partner with management on remediation efforts. Effectively manage relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
The Team The Global Financial Controls Center of Excellence (GFC-CoE) is an enterprise-wide function that supports the Finance strategic objective of ensuring a strong financial controls environment. The function provides reasonable assurance over the key processes that impact Fidelitys financial statements. Specifically, the GFC-CoE evaluates financial controls through integrated reviews of key business units, including Workplace Investing, Institutional Wealth & Retail Brokerage, Fund, and Brokerage Operations & Technology, Asset Management, Corporate Services, Fidelity Insurance Group, International sites (India & Ireland), and advisory reviews over strategic initiatives.
Compensation The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $153,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, scope, geographic location, candidates, relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Work Environment Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week, all business days M-F in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
