Role Summary: The Manager of Global Promo Analytics is a pivotal, high-impact position situated strategically at the nexus of Advanced Analytics, Customer Development, and Commercial Strategy. This leader will be tasked with the management, further and continuous development, delivery, and end-to-end implementation of the analytical frameworks essential for tracking and optimizing consumer gross-to-net trade spend across the organization. Acting as a crucial strategic bridge, this leader will connect technical analytical development with practical business implementation. A core responsibility is the large-scale deployment and embedding of Colgate-Palmolive's advanced suite of Promotional Analytics capabilities directly within the commercial business functions. This suite includes: Predictive - strategy: Utilizing advanced modeling to determine the impact of strategic pricing decisions SPIs and SPDs that drive growth to the organization. Predictive - tactical: Leveraging machine learning models to accurately measure and forecast the volume and value uplift from planned promotional events. Prescriptive - tactical: Implementing a fully prescriptive analytical capability that not only predicts outcomes but also recommends the best promotional mechanics to optimize against revenue, margin, or volume. The ultimate objective of this role is to enable CD teams to execute more effective promotional strategies, enhance profitability, and sustain competitive advantage in the marketplace. This requires a strong blend of analytical depth, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
