Job Description:

The GTM Execution & Sales Readiness Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution engine behind Hybrid Cloud go-to-market initiatives. This role ensures sellers, partners, and field teams are prepared to successfully execute GTM programs by driving readiness, enablement, communications, execution governance, and adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and a transformational mindset with the ability to improve execution quality, reduce field friction, and create scalable processes that support consistent program adoption globally.

This role partners closely with GTM Portfolio & Programs, GEO Hybrid Cloud Leadership, WW Sales Enablement, and Field Sales teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans that support seller readiness and program adoption. The position serves as a key operational leader responsible for improving execution consistency, governing enablement assets and communications, driving field engagement, and ensuring GTM initiatives are effectively activated across the business

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed GTM Execution & Sales Readiness team responsible for readiness, enablement execution, communications, and program activation
  • Drive operational governance, execution discipline, and process consistency across GTM initiatives and field activation activities
  • Define and execute sales and partner readiness plans aligned to Hybrid Cloud GTM launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities
  • Oversee field communication strategy and messaging cadence to ensure clarity, alignment, and reduced noise/conflicting asks reaching sellers and partners
  • Support GEO execution of GTM motions, sales plays, Lunch & Learns, readiness campaigns, and DSR initiatives
  • Establish measurable quality standards and operational KPIs to improve execution effectiveness, adoption tracking, and readiness outcomes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing program adoption, improving seller experience, and elevating execution quality
  • Partner cross-functionally with Portfolio, Programs, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and BDM teams to ensure consistent execution alignment
  • Govern the lifecycle of enablement assets including playbooks, presentations, golden pitches, training content, and seller-facing materials
  • Evaluate field feedback, seller adoption metrics, and execution gaps to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective action
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Provide leadership visibility into execution progress, operational risks, adoption trends, and readiness performance metrics

  • Program execution velocity and GEO adoption consistency
  • Reduction in conflicting GTM asks reaching the field
  • Enablement asset usage and relevance scores
  • Improved field confidence, clarity, and seller feedback scores
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in management or operations roles, ideally in a global organization.
  • Proficiency with reporting and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong management and governance experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with escalation management expertise
  • Familiarity with global execution models and cross-cultural collaboration
