The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management partners with our dialysis clinics, DaVita Kidney Care (DKC) leadership and SDCS, DCS, MCS & Palmer Leads, to centrally support the delivery of dialysis-related interventions for our Kidney Care patients. The Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and developing adaptable processes to drive results in our key quality measures, including Central Venous Catheter (CVC) rates and Adequacy (Kt/V). LOCATION: REMOTE Must reside in MST Less than 25% annual travel To be successful in this role, the Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management demonstrates the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across DKC and IKC, with both clinical and non-clinical teammates. This position will function autonomously, which requires strong project management experience, communication skills and a high level of motivation to drive success. This is a Remote position, requiring the teammate to function independently and with high integrity & accountability. The successful Program Manager, Health Plan Quality Management will bring a blend of innovative strategic thinking and operational execution, coupled with a mission-driven pursuit of advancing healthcare's evolution to value-based care. This teammate will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the PROGRAM MANAGER, HEALTH PLAN QUALITY MANAGEMENT: Subject matter expertise in CVC removal process and Adequacy management. Clinical Operations and Strategy. Collaborate with key teams across the Village, to drive critical clinical quality measures for patients.This is a significant effort that requires a highly collaborative individual with strong skills in project management and communication, as well as the ability to drive work across a number of cross-functional stakeholders. Partner closely with Clinical Services team to understand their needs and support, as required, to meet quality measure goals. Develop communications to support the clinical strategy. Special Projects & Innovation. Serve as a thought leader, nimble enough to navigate multiple projects, and contribute in a meaningful way. Data analysis. Ability to understand complex eligibility rules and help to propel prioritization of focus. Responds to field requests for data analysis assistance as needed. QUALIFICATIONS of the PROGRAM MANAGER, HEALTH PLAN QUALITY MANAGEMENT: 4+ years healthcare, strategy, or project management experience RN, CCHT or equivalent experience required Proven track record of being highly collaborative with the ability to impact change and improve clinical quality outcomes Recent dialysis clinic experience required and/or an understanding of current DKC systems and operations (i.e., CWOW, Reggie, etc.) Ability to analyze and interpret data Strong project / time management skills and ability to operate independently Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery Strong interpersonal and presentation skills preferred What We'll Provide More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
