Job Description:

Develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet heritage hire goals using data-driven insights. Utilizes various tools and resources to attract and engage prospective candidates. Builds and maintains strong relationships with heritage universities and their staff and faculty. Coordinates and participates in recruitment events such as college fairs, community events, and individual visits. Manages the full lifecycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, hiring, and maintaining candidate relationships. Creates and executes a communication and marketing strategy to promote recruitment efforts. Tracks applicant engagement and conversion stages using CRM systems. Prepares and presents monthly reports on recruitment activities and key performance indicators. Stays informed of market trends, demands, and forecasts to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Disseminates relevant program information to prospective candidates. Establishes international relationships and partnerships to enhance recruitment initiatives. Collaborates with executive leaders, key market leaders, and talent acquisition teams to ensure alignment and achieve strategic goals. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education: • Bachelors [Required] • Masters [Preferred] Field of Study: • in related field of study • Higher education organizational knowledge and experience • in Business Administration or other healthcare related field

Work Experience: • 5+ related experience in one or more of the areas of human resources, recruitment, communications, project management, organizational development, training, or organizational change management [Required] • Demonstrated experience in developing talent attraction programs and strategies [Required] • Demonstrated leadership abilities within a corporate environment [Required] • Managerial experience overseeing a recruitment team [Required] • Social networking and internet vehicles and tools [Required] • Working in healthcare industry [Preferred]
