Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations with visible floor presence

- Train and develop a high-performing team
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Maintain top-tier guest experience and handle service recovery
- Collaborate on events, activations, and overall concept growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership presence and ability to run a busy floor
- Deep understanding of hospitality, service flow, and team development
- Organized, accountable, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable in a high-energy, nightlife-adjacent environment
