You will collaborate with leaders across several Disney Signature Experiences functions to align HR strategies with business priorities, ensuring a creative, passionate, and customer-focused culture where Cast Members can thrive and deliver exceptional experiences. This role matters because it connects people, culture, and strategy-requiring strong accountability, planning and prioritization, collaboration, and the ability to influence without authority to be successful.

· Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to business leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, leader effectiveness, learning needs, and conflict resolution.

· Lead and execute HR strategies and tactics for assigned client groups, aligning work with organizational goals through effective planning and prioritization.

· Partner with HR, Cast Members, and leaders to create an inclusive environment where employees can be successful as their authentic selves and Disney values are experienced every day.

· Proactively assess business and organizational performance, using a consultative "influence without authority" approach to recommend and drive action and negotiate adoption of new points of view.

· Plan and facilitate work sessions to translate organizational goals into clear strategies, expectations, and priorities, empowering team members with well-defined outcomes.

· Lead and support HR projects and workstreams with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, including cross-functional DSE initiatives and integration efforts.

· Provide continuous coaching and feedback to leaders and employees, recognizing different working styles and perspectives to fuel high performance and development.

· Develop and execute lifecycle talent management approaches, including forecasting, staffing, onboarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, and retention, leveraging people analytics and insights.

· Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and functional partners (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Finance, Communications) to design and implement integrated HR solutions that support business growth and change.

· Promote opportunity and inclusion in all aspects of talent attraction, development, and retention, creating a culturally aware, team-oriented, and service-minded environment.

· Demonstrate care and compassion by valuing well-being, building authentic relationships, and addressing difficult issues with openness, kindness, and flexibility.

· Inspire individual and business success by helping team members connect their contributions to team and organizational goals, fostering creativity, agility, and innovative problem-solving.

· Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organizations and the business, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR business partnering or generalist responsibilities.

· Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or HR generalist in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with focus on strategy development, organizational design, talent management, and change management.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and lead HR projects or workstreams with moderate complexity.

· Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, explain difficult concepts, and negotiate with others to adopt different points of view as a trusted thought partner.

· Strong planning, prioritization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to align work with organizational goals and hold self and others accountable to commitments.

· Ability to build effective, productive relationships at all levels, working collaboratively across teams and influencing without formal authority.

· Experience balancing business partnering with employee advocacy, using data, metrics, and insights to inform decisions and drive organizational and cast effectiveness.

· Skilled in coaching leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

· Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and drive change with creativity, agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, real estate, operations, or similarly complex, customer-focused industries.

· Prior leadership experience and expertise supporting multiple client groups in a matrixed environment.
