Position Description:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of HR Technology & Analytics team and provide oversight for process improvement, team development, the efficient use of technology and overall accountability

  • Provide significant input into the HR Technology & Analytics strategy and roadmap; research and develop plans to help team achieve goals

  • Oversee HR Technology & Analytics implementation projects, ensure appropriate project management for implementations and constant communication and status updates for all key stakeholders

  • Manage relationships and liaises with internal and external vendors

  • Identify the needs for support and training for team members for the overall development and maturity of the HR Technology & Analytics function

  • Manage HR System maintenance including: data integrity, security compliance, process compliance, business process design, integration health

  • Constantly seeks to improve internal processes through the use of technology that create easier processes for the business and increases productivity for HR Technology & Analytics team members

  • Sets clear goals for team members and partners with them through coaching, development, stretch assignments and performance feedback to ensure they reach their goals

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall professional experience

  • 5-8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years hands-on Workday experience in a production environment.

  • Extensive, expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated configuration experience in core Workday HCM, and at least 2 other functional areas within the Workday platform

  • Experience partnering with HR COEs (Comp, Benefits, Talent, Payroll), IT, Security, and Finance to deliver HR technology solutions.

  • Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, solution design, and Workday configuration.

  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significant confidentiality

  • 2+ years of people management experience and leading a team supporting multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Experience leading organizational change management in partnership with HR (communications, training, adoption metrics).

  • Working knowledge of Workday reporting (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields, report performance basics) and HR data governance basics

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Workday certification(s)

  • BA/BS in HR related field

  • Multi-entity organizations (multiple business units, countries, or complex supervisory orgs) with a larger organization

  • Experience across multiple Workday modules, including HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and People Analytics

  • Strong Security and Business Process framework knowledge
