The Manager, HRIS provides strategic leadership and hands-on management of Bel's Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. This role is responsible for project management of the global Oracle implementation, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and optimization of HR technology solutions. The Manager, HRIS drives system enhancements, ensures data integrity and compliance across all business units, and delivers process improvements that support Bel's business objectives. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle HRIS, extensive experience in end-to-end implementations, and strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence HR technology strategy.
Are You Looking to:
- Provide strategic + hands-on HRIS leadership with primary ownership of Oracle HCM Cloud across Bel.
- Lead the global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation end-to-end (planning, execution, testing, deployment, post-go-live), managing scope/timeline/budget.
- Translate HR and business goals into system requirements, maintain an HRIS roadmap, and drive continuous process/system improvements.
- Oversee Oracle administration (maintenance, optimization, security, configuration troubleshooting) and manage integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with global standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) through strong controls and procedures.
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to leaders, partnering with HR/IT/Finance and vendors to streamline and automate workflows.
Are You Ready to:
- Lead cross-functional global teams and influence stakeholders across HR (including Payroll), IT, Finance, and business units.
- Make recommendations on HRIS configuration, enhancements, and process changes aligned to HR strategy and business objectives.
- Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, global environment with a proactive, "roll up your sleeves" approach.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high standards of data security and privacy.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field; Master's or Oracle certification preferred.
- 5+ years HRIS experience with 3+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud (ADP helpful) and proven success in large-scale global implementations.
- Advanced capability in Oracle reporting/analytics, including building insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management, change management, and continuous improvement experience leveraging technology to optimize operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; strong analytical/problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship).
What You'll Get:
- Base salary range: $100,000 - $132,000. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
