The Procurement Intern will support key procurement enablement initiatives, with a primary focus on Ironclad CLM implementation, contract repository migration, and supplier/contract risk visibility. This role will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes, strengthen supplier governance, and enhance reporting through Power BI dashboards. \n \nAre You Looking To: \n\n Support the rollout of Ironclad Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform by assisting with process documentation, basic configuration support and end-user readiness activities. \n Help load legacy contracts into the Ironclad repository, including contract intake tracking, file organization, data cleanup and validation to ensure repository accuracy. \n Coordinate with stakeholders to collect missing contract documents and resolve metadata gaps. \n Partner with Legal and Procurement to support the drafting and workflow coordination of contracts such as Contract Manufacturer MSAs, Vendor Purchase Agreements and additional procurement-related agreements and templates as needed. \n Build a supplier matrix to assess contract risks and gaps. \n \nAre You Ready To: \n\n Have hands-on experience supporting CLM system implementation \n Have exposure to real-world procurement contracts and supplier governance \n Build Power BI reporting for procurement leadership visibility \n Develop professional skills in stakeholder management and project execution \n \nWhat You'll Need:\n\n Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Supply-Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (ability to manage multiple workstreams).\n Comfortable working with Excel and ability to learn internal systems quickly.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.\n Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.\n \nWork Opportunity\n \nBel will only employ those legally authorized to work in the United States.
