Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of assigned administrator, provide administrative support and assistance to plan, coordinate, organize, develop, implement, and analyze the internal systems, services, and activities within the office of Human Resources. Provide direction, oversight, and supervision within the areas of employee leaves, interactive process, and workers' compensation. Perform complex and specialized work, research, and assist with the efforts of various special projects as assigned; train, assign, or lead the work of assigned personnel.

Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, public administration, or related field and five years of increasingly responsible human resources experience. Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
