JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of senior management, manages the full life cycle recruiting process for openings in all areas of the company. Responsible for workforce planning, working with other areas of HR in succession planning, negotiating contracts with vendors, coordination of contract personnel, developing and managing internship programs, coordination of recruiting materials, and implementing process improvements. Prepares employment and advertising budgets and schedules expenditures. Monitors all hiring metrics to ensure progress toward corporate goals and objectives. Complies with federal, state, and local employment law by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating new requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising senior management on needed actions. Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for management and executive jobs. May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs. Supports the organization''s overall business strategy through effective management of human resources.
This position is 100% on-site at the DENSO Maryville, TN manufacturing facility
