BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Assigned Supervisor. the Manager, Information Systems, plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the District's student information systems (SIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and enterprise application portfolio. This position provides leadership for the administration, integrity, and continuous improvement of District data systems; ensures accurate and timely state and federal data reporting including CALPADS; oversees application support, vendor relationships, and system integrations; and serves as the District's operational lead for data governance and compliance. The Manager III, Information Systems works collaboratively with Technology Leadership and the Technology Operations team, and cross-functional District departments to align information systems with District priorities and legal obligations.

Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, data management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience administering student information systems (SIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) in a K-12 or comparably complex environment, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Experience with database systems, SQL querying, application server deployment and maintenance, and state data reporting (CALPADS preferred) is strongly preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver's license; provide personal automobile and proof of insurance.
