Head up a regional team owns the implementation and lifecycle management of wide area network infrastructure guiding Amazon's fulfillment, logistics, and corporate network across North America, operating at massive scale to enable the delivery of millions of customer orders every day. This regional team owns the end-to-end lifecycle of voice and data circuits, including planning, ordering, implementation, augmentation, optimization, and decommissioning of services required to support Amazon fulfillment, transportation, and corporate operations across the Americas region.

The role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate independently with limited direction, and the capability to lead large-scale initiatives across multiple geographic regions. This leader will drive automation, build scalable mechanisms, and eliminate manual and repetitive processes to support the growing footprint of Amazon's network infrastructure across North America. You will work closely with Engineering, Network Operations, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Finance, and external telecom vendors to ensure highly available, cost-effective, and scalable connectivity solutions are delivered on time to support business launches and ongoing operations.

You will lead a regional team that acts as the single point of contact for telecom circuit delivery and vendor engagement across North America, resolving complex issues, driving process improvements, and building long-term partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers. This role will also lead strategic initiatives to modernize network delivery processes, improve operational efficiency through automation, and build long-term scalable mechanisms to support Amazon's rapidly expanding infrastructure footprint across the Americas.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a regional Network Delivery team that oversees circuit delivery across Amazon's North America infrastructure at large scale.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and voice circuits, including demand planning, ordering, implementation, upgrades, optimization, and decommissioning.
  • Drive automation, tooling adoption, and process redesign to improve delivery speed, reduce manual effort, and eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex delivery issues involving vendors, internal customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Network Operations, Launch, and Real Estate teams to guide new site launches, retrofits, bandwidth upgrades, and network redesign initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with telecom service providers and lead vendor performance management.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to modernize circuit delivery through automation, tooling, and process standardization across the Americas region.
  • Build long-term mechanisms to enable high-volume site launches and large-scale network expansion.
  • Drive cross-organizational programs to improve launch readiness, reduce delivery cycle time, and increase network availability.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor the team, while building a high-performing regional organization.
