The Impact of a Manager Inclusion and Impact Group at Coupa:

The Inclusion & Impact (IIG) Manager will oversee and implement IIG strategies and programs across multiple locations within a designated region. This role is responsible for aligning regional IIG initiatives with the organization's overarching goals, collaborating with local leadership, and ensuring that IIG principles are embedded in all aspects of regional operations. The IIG Manager will act as a change agent, driving programs that promote inclusivity, equity, and belonging at the regional level.

What You'll Do:

    • Lead regional IIG strategy implementation, tailoring initiatives to local needs while aligning with company-wide goals and addressing region-specific challenges.
    • Collaborate on program development to design and implement diversity-focused recruitment, retention, and advancement strategies, and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion initiatives.
    • Analyze regional workforce data, track IIG metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive inclusivity and equity improvements.
    • Serve as a regional IIG advocate, building relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication, and providing guidance on IIG-related issues.
    • Support regional leadership development, coaching managers on inclusive leadership practices, unconscious bias, and equitable decision-making.

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of IIG principles, challenges, and best practices, especially in multi-location or regional settings.
    • Proven experience leading and implementing IIG initiatives at scale across diverse teams and locations.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive data-driven decision-making through metrics analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and a willingness to travel as needed.
