Drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across the Company's direct digital channels and websites. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support IHG Brands through paid media, search, social, affiliate marketing, and strategic online partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution, optimize performance, and enhance the guest experience across digital platforms. Drive brand awareness through digital and social channels while supporting long-term business objectives and revenue growth initiatives

Your day to day

  • Establish and maintain relationships with digital media partners, search engines, and online marketing platforms. Analyze and implement new revenue streams and distribution opportunities that support interactive business strategies and tactics. Investigate, negotiate, implement, and manage direct distribution agreements and marketing alliances for online platforms and partners.
  • Manage ROI and cost of sale metrics for digital marketing and advertising opportunities. Analyze campaign performance to ensure revenue objectives are achieved while maintaining budget expectations. Keep Director informed of major issues or significant changes in performance metrics.
  • Maintain understanding of current trends and developments within digital marketing, search, social media, and related industries. Communicate relevant industry insights and opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid media and social channels to ensure IHG Brands receive effective exposure while maintaining strong ROI and performance results.
  • Manage digital marketing tools and relationships with external technology providers. Support internal stakeholders in optimizing, reporting, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across assigned accounts and partners.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies, tactics, and initiatives that generate brand awareness and revenue growth across digital platforms, travel-related portals, search engines, and online channels. Monitor campaign effectiveness and user experience to support engagement and revenue objectives.
  • Support development of landing page content, destination-focused creative, and promotional campaign assets aligned with marketing objectives and guest needs.
  • Manage creative assets and collaborate with internal and external creative agencies to support campaign execution and performance marketing initiatives. Evaluate partnership opportunities with travel-related platforms, strategic partners, and other applicable organizations to support brand visibility and direct channel growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive demand and engagement through digital marketing channels and direct websites.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 5+ years' progressive work-related experience with demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience and 2 years social media or content marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, online marketing programs, and affiliate networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with digital partners, regional teams, franchisees, and hotel owners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing content and engagement across owned social and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital engagement strategies, and emerging marketing trends.

Location - Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $83,000.00 to $94,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
