Carries on continuous evaluation and audit of service line.• Establishes and maintains standards of performance for area, updating standards as necessary to improve service line.• Assists in preparing budget for personnel and operating expenses. Responsible for meeting operational budget, providing justification for any monthly variances.• Communicates appropriately and clearly to physician, staff and administration.• Participates in Human Resource management function for department by coordinating the selection, promotion, orientation and performance appraisal processes.• Promotes intradepartmental and interdepartmental relationships.• Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities for Vascular Interventional Radiology.Education, Training, and ExperienceGraduate of an JCERT approved School of Radiologic Technology.
