The IT Application Manager, reporting to the Director of IT Shared Services Applications, will be part of a collaborative, dynamic team responsible for managing the day-to-day operational support for their specific business function/applications. In collaboration with business partners, the incumbent will support technology solutions that deliver efficient, scalable, business processes enabling the business unit to meet their goals. This role will lead a team responsible for ensuring scalable and sustainable support of the applications they manage, delivering on defined service levels.
