Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
10 years of progressive experience in IT with significant exposure to enterprise or solution architecture roles
Minimum two (2) years of experience leading Enterprise Architecture
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with any EA tools like ServiceNow APM, LeanIX, Bizzdesign or Orbus.
DESIRED
Formal architecture qualifications (e.g.: TOGAF)
Experience with enterprise application portfolio management, including rationalization, TCO analysis, and lifecycle planning Experience with Master Data Management
Experience in large, global, or asset-intensive organizations.
Prior people leadership or matrix leadership experience.
Experience in the energy, offshore, or industrial services industry
Prior experience working with multiple cultures and nationalities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises a team including Onshore/Offshore Employees and consultants.
Providing guidance to direct reports
Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
Communicating goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports
Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers
