Manager IT Finance

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Manager, IT Finance for a full-time direct hire position. The Manager, IT Finance will act as a critical link between Information Technology and Finance leadership, driving the design, delivery, and enhancement of financial systems. This role encompasses SAP deployments, ERP improvements, and finance business process management. The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP FICO systems, project leadership, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient and compliant financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between Information Technology and Finance leadership to align on strategic initiatives and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee and design financial systems and ERP enhancements, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Lead project execution, including managing timelines, risks, and ensuring financial system readiness.
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring consistency and compliance with established policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and foster effective communication between business users, developers, and IT resources.
• Develop and mentor a team of functional and technical resources, guiding them towards strategic business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP FICO systems in complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and ERP platform integrations.
• Proven project management skills, including stakeholder and vendor management.
• Knowledge of change management and compliance processes, including SOX audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
