You meet these requirements
Proven ability to drive positive results Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment Ability to run great shifts Demonstrated understanding of the business ServSafe certification or ability to pass Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
