About the Role: Join NAKED OLIVE LLC as a Manager and lead our vibrant team in Kennett Square, PA! You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for optimal stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
