About the Role:
Join NAKED OLIVE LLC as a Manager and lead our vibrant team in Kennett Square, PA! You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
