As a manager learning process, you'll lead the operations, processes, and technology that support critical learning initiatives across Progressive and our internal Information Technology University (ITU). In this role, you'll manage a team of training process specialists and a senior training administrative assistant. You'll shape learning design and delivery strategies and ensure learning programs run smoothly and effectively. You'll also coordinate learning asset administration, the ITU budget, reporting, vendor partnerships, and training delivery logistics.

Location: This is a remote position. Occasional travel is expected (one to two times per year) for team and larger organization events.

Must-have qualifications

  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years' of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years' of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.

Preferred skills

  • Experience working with Workday, including learning management system (LMS) migrations and learner engagement strategies
  • Proven vendor and budget management experience.
  • Strong background in learning operations, including needs analysis, data and analytics, project planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • AI fluency with the ability to optimize learning processes, systems, and user experience.
  • Demonstrated change management or user experience expertise across systems and process transformations.

Compensation

  • $89,600 - $119,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
