Summary: The Manager Lending System Applications
The Manager Lending System Applications leads the development and support of the Lending platform and integrations and manages a team of analysts. The Manager executes IT Development projects for the Credit business unit.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum eight years lending platform experience required
- Minimum five years IT project and platform management experience required
- Minimum four years managing lending operations required
- Strong understanding of SQL, databases (MS SQL Server, or Oracle) required
- Scripting experience such as Python, Perl, Shell or Batch preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Able to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Able to guide and influence and deliver a focused, pragmatic approach
- Manages multiple internal team and external vendors

- Team Management
- Financial Portfolio Knowledge, preferably lending
- Agile Delivery Methodology
Job Responsibilities:
- Builds member-centric development approach to track all the business needs, handle the service requests and production incidents.
- Champions the development process through collaborating with multiple business teams and Lending platform vendors to facilitate requirement gathering, design, build, test, implementation and platform support.
- Manages the development, design and execution of Lending IT development projects including POS and LOS platforms.
- Coordinates with Lending partners and platform vendors to establish SLAs, assess quality of the deliverables from vendors.
- Manages internal service requests, incidents and external case submission and follow-up of all issues.
- Manages vendor team deliverables quality and hold accountable to ensure Lending business interests are protected.
- Manages various Lending platform vendor integrations, user access and permission provisioning, product parameter and pricing configuration.
- Defines and delivers high quality Lending projects within budget and schedule.
- Works closely with Business SMEs and Lending business leaders to document and define the requirements to create the backlog of improvements/enhancements.
- Coordinates with cross functional teams to plan projects, track delivery, communicate project status, risks and issues.
- Publishes Weekly Status reports on the various initiatives, publish the platform monthly metrics for Governance & Steering committee meetings.
- Adheres to IT standards, Compliance, Internal / External audits and SDLC process.
- Performs other duties upon request.

The good faith range for this position is $118,250 - $147,750 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
