Jordan's is continuing to grow and we're looking for a Manager of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to help shape how we connect with our customers at every stage of their journey. This hybrid position is based in Dedham, MA and requires 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week. This position is a hybrid role, located in Dedham, MA.
About the Role:
This is a key role for someone who thrives in data-driven marketing, understands how to build meaningful customer relationships, and knows how to turn insights into impactful campaigns that drive long-term value. The Manager, Lifecycle & Retention Marketing leads the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping how we engage with customers throughout their entire journey, driving acquisition, retention, loyalty, and re-engagement to increase lifetime value and support sustainable revenue growth.
You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, and Analytics, to ensure alignment across messaging, campaigns, and the overall customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role plays a critical part in advancing Jordan's customer engagement strategy through data-driven insights and scalable lifecycle programs.

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
