What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for both the guest and team experience.
Lead, coach, and support team members across all departments
Partner with the General Manager on hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure food quality, consistency, and full compliance with safety standards
Monitor inventory and manage ordering to keep operations running smoothly
Control food and labor costs to drive profitability
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
Deliver a high-quality, distraction-free moviegoing experience
Reinforce and uphold exceptional customer service standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and leadership
Participate in management, operations, and marketing meetings
Support scheduling, payroll oversight, and operational planning
Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Experience with inventory management and cost control
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety (preferred)
ServSafe and TIPS certifications (preferred)
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, etc.)
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work approximately 45–50 hours per week
