Manager Logistics

The Manager, Logistics & Distribution oversees end-to-end logistics operations, focusing on transportation strategy, distribution center performance, and managing 3PL relationships to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and compliant movement of goods.

• Responsible for managing transportation budgets, forecasting, and cost control across all modes, leading supplier reviews, and establishing freight standards for accurate costing.
  
• Oversees inbound ocean transportation, customs, import/export compliance, and outbound shipping execution, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory adherence.
  
• Manages relationships with domestic and international 3PL providers, driving operational excellence, resolving service issues, and ensuring safety and inventory accuracy at distribution centers.
  
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and strategic planning related to network design and volume growth.
  
• Provides leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to align logistics with business priorities and supports team development.
  

• Requires 3-7 years of relevant experience, a BS degree, strong communication skills, and expertise in transportation modes, warehouse management, and customs. Key competencies include strategic thinking, vendor negotiation, process improvement, and influence across functions.
