As Manager, Logistics, you will lead a team responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient movement of inventory across the network.
- Manage assistant managers, drivers, dispatchers, and third-party logistics partners, setting goals, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily operations, routing, staffing, and execution of pickup and delivery processes to ensure service standards align with brand values.
- Program-manage third-party partners, monitor KPIs, safety, fleet utilization, costs, and performance against SLAs, implementing improvements as needed.
- Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication, training, and change management.
- Develop plans for labor and fleet, track performance metrics, and lead initiatives to optimize costs and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Required: 3-5 years leading transportation teams, experience managing third-party logistics, strong communication, and analytical skills. Preferred: experience with reporting tools and multi-site operations.
