About Your Role 

QGenda is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of our Marketing and Business Development organizations.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the VP of GTM Operations and the CMO. You will use existing systems, reporting tools, and business data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend actions that improve pipeline performance and team execution.

The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing operations experience with a practical understanding of B2B demand generation, product marketing, business development, and the customer journey. You will analyze marketing and business development performance, support segmentation and campaign measurement, and translate data into clear recommendations.

You will also help identify process gaps, reduce friction between teams, improve lead handoffs, and create more scalable ways of working across the broader go-to-market organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Drive Marketing and Business Development Effectiveness

• Serve as a strategic operational partner to the VP of GTM Operations and CMO.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution.
• Evaluate and optimize workflows and handoffs across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Development, Sales, and other go-to-market teams.
• Reduce friction, duplication, bottlenecks, and gaps in accountability across teams.

Improve Operating Rhythms and Processes

• Establish and improve operating rhythms for marketing planning, campaign intake, prioritization, cross-functional communication, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
• Design, document, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes, templates, governance standards, and operating practices.
• Lead or support cross-functional process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Provide quality control, business context, progress tracking, and concise recommendations to functional leaders and executive management.

Translate Data Into Action

• Use Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, reporting, and business intelligence tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Surface actionable insights across Marketing and Business Development.
• Translate data into recommendations related to campaign performance, pipeline contribution, lead conversion, BDR/SAR activity, account penetration, ROI, audience targeting, and resource allocation.
• Support audience segmentation, list generation, inbound and outbound targeting, and the identification of green-space, white-space, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Strengthen Funnel Management

• Improve funnel definitions, data quality, lead management, and handoff processes.
• Support consistent tracking of Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, lead follow-up, and opportunity creation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the connection between marketing activities, pipeline creation, and revenue outcomes.

Who You Are 

• Analytical, organized, and process-oriented.
• Comfortable working across multiple marketing and go-to-market functions.
• Able to identify process inefficiencies, map workflows, clarify ownership, and implement practical solutions.
• Skilled at distinguishing useful business insight from reporting noise.
• Comfortable advising senior leaders, influencing cross-functional partners, and driving change without relying on direct authority.
• Highly attentive to data quality, accuracy, and consistent execution.
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator who can summarize findings and recommendations for executive audiences.

Experience You Bring 

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a related role in a B2B organization.
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions, such as Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Business Development, or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and how programs, channels, campaigns, and activities contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience working with existing data and technology environments without requiring deep data engineering or software development expertise.

Not Required, but Nice to Have

• Comfort and fluency using AI technology and AI-native systems to drive efficiency, automation, and workflow improvements preferred.
• Experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or another complex B2B environment preferred.
