Responsibilities


Job Summary:


Accountable for the management of warehouse, receiving, par management, inventory management, mailroom and print shop. Manage strategic initiatives as assigned to improve operations, product quality and cost savings. Assists in the product standardization efforts and monitors compliance to contracts.


Job Details:


+ Responsible for management of warehouse, receiving, par management, inventory management, mailroom and print shop.

+ Manages supplier relationships and ensures supplier compliance in terms of Vendormate, contracts and other facility specific requirements.

+ Coordinates product conversions with clinical leadership, other major stakeholders and ensures that product master files are updated.

+ Coordinates and negotiates local contracts with suppliers in order to ensure best pricing, delivery and other related terms and conditions


Qualifications


Education and Experience:


+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Materials Management or Accounts Payable within a healthcare organization. Three (3) years’ experience in invoice resolution working with requisitioners, vendors and Accounts Payable.
