The Manager Media is accountable for the development of the Heineken brand media strategy and execution. About the team: The Integrated Connections Planning (ICP) team is responsible for developing holistic, audience-first strategies that connect brand, consumer, and business objectives across the entirety of the consumer journey. Acting as strategic orchestrators of connected consumer experiences, the team ensures planning extends beyond paid media alone and considers how all consumer touchpoints work together to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and growth. Through close partnership with Brand, Commercial Marketing, Data & Measurement, Owned Experiences, and agency teams, the ICP team delivers integrated plans that create stronger consumer and business outcome
