What You Will Do:
The Medical Relations Lead is a cornerstone of scientific communication for LDB, serving as the primary liaison to U.S. Healthcare Providers (HCPs). This role is dedicated to establishing the scientific authority of CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy, with a specialized focus on Pediatricians, Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs). You will translate complex clinical data into impactful educational strategies, drive investigator-initiated research, and foster high-level KOL relationships to advance the standard of care in over-the-counter (OTC) dermatology.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Education: Advanced Clinical or Science degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, NP, or PA) required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years post-degree clinical practice or relevant transferable experience (clinical research, academic, or regulatory).
At least 1 year within a Medical Affairs organization, with a strong preference for Dermatology or Oncology.
Experience in Cellular Biology or Facial Aesthetics is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
Proven ability to lead through influence across functional lines in a matrixed environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting clinical research data.
High level of urgency, attention to detail, and a 'growth mindset.'
Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

What's In It For You:
Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
