The Merchandising Manager serves our internal and external customers by developing and implementing training, development and scheduling of our Merchandisers to maximize customer service by ensuring that standards are executed in the marketplace. Provide coverage for Sales Training and Logistics Managers, Sales Operations Manager and Sr. Market Sales Managers during absences from work (e.g. vacation, personal days) so the company can meet sales and profitability goals.
Essential Functions
Education Level
High School diploma, GED or equivalent degree required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
Experience
2+ years of beverage industry sales experience combined with grocery and/or small format experience and 2+ years previous supervisory experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; previous VIP experience required.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid Driver's License; employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
