Job Summary
The International Patient Center at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is a full-service, multilingual office designed to assist international patients and their families in navigating care and logistics at MGH. It serves patients from 120 countries and is part of the unified Mass General Brigham International Patient Services team.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience in healthcare administration or related area 5-7 years required and Experience in a management or leadership role 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
