At The Committed Pig, we're a fine casual restaurant with locations in Summit, Morristown, and Manasquan (and expanding!) We are looking to fill a floor management position immediately in our Morristown location.

What will you do? Mostly...but not only...

·  Maintain relentless floor presence, correcting any food or beverage problems while monitoring the quality of each customer’s experience

·  Fulfill guests wants and needs, beyond expectation

·  Work with management team on disciplinary matters and issues, as well as positive reinforcement

·  Have a full-time, set schedule every week of about 40-45 hours. No late nights!

Do you have:

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills?

- High energy and a positive attitude while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure?

- The drive to focus on guest satisfaction by engaging in conversation with guests to understand and surpass their needs?

- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure effective restaurant operations?

- The ability to lead, manage and train staff while developing a positive relationship with them?

- A strong knowledge of food and beverage quality as well as current industry trends?

- Experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment?

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems?

- An overall passion for the restaurant industry?

Fast paced burger and pancake house open 7 days a week with quick table turn times. This is a BYO restaurant in Morristown and Summit, while our location in Manasquan has a full bar.
