    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator with over 8+ years of expertise in managing large scale, mission critical database environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012-2022)

    MSSQL Server Administration

    • Administer and support SQL Server databases (2012-2022) across production, QA, and development environments.
    • Design, implement, and maintain HA/DR solutions including:

    o Always On Availability Groups

    o Distributed Availability Groups

    o Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot)

    o Log Shipping

    o Mirroring

    • Perform advanced performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource allocation.
    • Implement and manage enterprise grade backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
    • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, T SQL, SQL Agent Jobs, and custom scripts.
    • Monitor database health using tools such as Fog light, SolarWinds, Redgate, and Azure Monitor.
    • Plan and execute SQL Server upgrades, migrations, and patching with minimal downtime.
    • Enforce database security best practices including RBAC, encryption, auditing, and compliance. Years of Experience: 11.00 Years of Experience
