Job Overview

TargED Biopharmaceuticals B.V. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our pioneering team in New York, NY, United States. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of life-saving therapies. As a clinical-stage biotechnology company, we are focused on developing targeted treatments for thrombotic and cardiovascular diseases. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key projects and driving our clinical programmes forward, helping us transform the treatment landscape for patients with life-threatening vascular conditions.

Salary:$25.80 - $40.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of our clinical development programmes.
* Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
* Serve as the primary point of communication for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent dialogue between internal teams, strategic partners, and senior leadership.
* Ensure all project activities are conducted in strict compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GCP) and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular, comprehensive status reports and performance metrics to the leadership team.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organisation.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field. An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) is desirable.
* Proven experience in a project management or leadership role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a clinical-stage environment.
* A strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, from pre-clinical research through to clinical trials.
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Knowledge of thrombotic and/or cardiovascular diseases would be a significant advantage.
