Assure in-country governmental regulations, legal and statutory requirements are met. Ensures that indoctrination training is relevant, executed, and records of qualification and training are retained.

Develop the nuclear audit project plan annually, submit it to the CQM for review and approval. Review periodically and revise as necessary to ensure risk mitigation is maintained.

Support auditors in internal and external audits. Execute a minimum of five quality assurance audits within a period not exceeding three years, with at least one annually to maintain certification.

Ensure that the Internal Audit program complies with requirements, maintains audit competencies, addresses any corrective actions from the internal/external audit process in a timely manner, and verifies their effectiveness.

Develop new Quality Procedures and content to ensure compliance with changes in Nuclear Standards and its associated standards or those required by the client.

Implement a continuous improvement process.

Manages Quality resources to coordinate quality staff to support projects. Develops Management Review content and chairs meetings.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in engineering science, Quality, or Business. Quality assurance-related experience, preferably in the nuclear power industry, DOE, and DOD facilities.

Experience and Skills

6 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems - Requirements knowledge. Certified as an Internal Auditor or willing to undergo training. ISO 17025:2017 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories - Requirements knowledge or willing to learn.
