JOB SUMMARY Promotes and restores patients health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Bachelors Degree in Nursing (or received within 12 months) Minimum Work Experience 2 years Required Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse BLS ACLS NIHSS Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Knowledgeable of therapeutic equipment Excellent human relations, oral/written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to input data into computer programs. Ability to select, train, develop, and supervise human resources. Ability to improve outcomes through knowledge of quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
