Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional leadership experience in technology strategy with 3+ years dedicated to AI governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Purview for managing enterprise AI deployment and data security.
- Experience in constructing formal AI operating models and responsible AI framework architectures.
- Experience with developing long-term technology roadmaps and identifying scalable business use cases.
- Experience in leading large-scale organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with AI risk management and ensuring data privacy within HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Excellent executive communication skills for leading steering committees and driving stakeholder consensus.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of a formal enterprise AI governance framework and associated policies.
- Architect a comprehensive AI strategic roadmap aligned with clinical and business operational goals.
- Orchestrate the organizational transition to AI-native workflows by driving Copilot adoption and utilization.
- Direct the AI Steering Committee to synchronize legal, security, and technology workstreams for new initiatives.
- Design repeatable evaluation processes for identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI pilot programs.
- Evaluate third-party AI vendors and SaaS tools to ensure compliance with enterprise safety standards.
- Implement AI training and change management programs to establish a network of departmental champions.
