We are seeking an experienced Manager of Clinical Services to lead our clinical and operational teams, drive patient satisfaction and compliance, support accreditation readiness, and help expand our sleep and respiratory programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious healthcare professional looking to advance into senior leadership while contributing to a growing organization.



What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and operational team members
• Ensure exceptional patient care, compliance, and service outcomes
• Manage workflow, productivity, and operational performance
• Partner with leadership on profitability goals, business growth, and operational initiatives
• Assist with Joint Commission preparation, compliance, and accreditation activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to support growth and efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with referral sources, patients, physicians, and staff
• Help drive a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement



What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in the DME industry
• Sleep, respiratory, PAP therapy, nursing, RT (Respiratory Therapist), or DME management experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading and managing teams in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of patient compliance programs, reimbursement requirements, and patient care standards
• Familiarity with operational metrics, workflow management, and P&L responsibilities
• Experience with Brightree is a plus
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and accreditation preparation preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
