Manager of Contracts & Procurement

Under the supervision of the Assistant Deputy Director this position oversees the Departments Contracts Division and administers the contractual procurement process on all contracts while maintaining the guidelines on requirements of any outside funding agency. The incumbent will also provide assistance to various departments and Governmental agencies. This position will be responsible for securing professional and technical service contracts generating revenue contracts either through reimbursement or concession contracts developing emergency contracts and obtaining construction contracts through competitive.
