Bard College Information Technology is seeking an experienced, creative, and driven manager and technologist to advance the College's end-user technology, create lasting improvements, and support the mission of the College.
The Manager of Desktop Support and Operations is a full-time, in-person role reporting directly to the CIO and leads the extremely capable Desktop Support team. The ideal applicant will have several years of personnel and IT management experience, with demonstrated technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Bard IT offers a 'small shop' atmosphere with a vital role in a large organization. There are many opportunities to become involved in campus projects and the position will offer freedom and support to create, experiment, and learn.

Compensation: $81,000-$85,000 annually
This salary range reflects the Colleges good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
